The Mutually Agreed Resignation Scheme (MARS) launched on the 13th of March 2023 and is open for applications until the 23rd of April 2023. 
 
MARS gives colleagues who may already be thinking of leaving the OU the opportunity to apply to do so in a financially supported way, whilst also contributing to the reduction of our overall staffing costs.
